Parking

Of course it would be great if everybody at Compass Point parked only in their own private parking space. It is understood however, that all residents will have visitors who arrive by car and many have more than one car of their own. Accordingly, parking on the roadways is permitted. Common sense and consideration for others is of course required to make this work.

Please never park or allow your visitors to park in another residents’ private parking space, on yellow lines or anywhere where you may cause difficulty for other vehicles manoeuvring through the development and into private parking spaces. Please consider the extra room needed for larger vehicles such as refuse and delivery lorries and especially ambulances and fire engines.
